Infrastucture and Support
Tim has been with Silktide since 2005 and is our infrastructure and network expert, ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
He maintains and monitors all of Silktide's servers as well managing our internal and external email systems. Tim is also head of support ensuring that all support issues are logged, assigned, tracked and completed efficiently.
